Why?

I've surprised myself by doing this. Not something I ever thought of doing in a million years, yet, here you be.

Why? Watching the news tonight I just got peeved.

What in particular? The story about Prince Harry being exposed.

I didn't think much about at first, but then I formed an opinion. Here it is: Once upon a time, exposing sensitive information about strategies or persons during wartime was considered treacherous. Yes, the person who exposed the prince is a traitor!

For whatever reason these pinheads decided to leak the story about the prince's whereabouts. He's not the first prince to go to war. He very likely won't be the last. So why expose him? And this isn't just about Prince Harry. It's about all the men and women with and around him. WHY aren't the parents, spouses and relatives screaming the rafters down?

Perhaps the answer is that we've become so desensitized to treachery, that there are no longer consequences for traitors.

Yes, the pinheads who exposed Prince Harry, is a traitor. I'm so peeved I don't even want to know the name. The persons who did this betrayed Prince Harry, the people with him and by extension, they betrayed England.

One guess is that it was done for ego sake. Certainly not for the sake of news.....there's definitely enough news out there today.

This didn't have to happen until those soldiers were safely home in England. It would have been just as news worthy then.

I'm disgusted with the news media today. They take license with the lives of any person in their path. They don't care who they hurt or what harm they do. It's about ego and 15 minutes of fame. It has nothing to do with news, we have enough to keep us agog until the danger is past.

It's unutterably sad that some pinheads out there were so lacking in character and integrity that they will sell out human lives without a thought or backwards glance.

Be afraid people, be truly afraid. You could be the next victim of these predators who hunt for news.........they hunt for you.

Hi Rose. It's also about the money. Look at all the shows on the television where viewers can oogle and snicker over the money-grabbing contestants who are willing to do nearly anything. Integrity and dignity are non-existent.
